Using the service
MomentsBucket is a service for collecting private event photos and videos. The host is responsible for distributing access, informing guests, and moderating content.
Content and rights
Rights in uploaded content remain with its creator. Uploading grants the limited technical permission required to store, process, and display that content within the event gallery.
Prohibited content
Unlimited uploads apply to photos and videos associated with the named event. The service may not be used as personal backup, an unrelated file archive, or storage for arbitrary documents. Do not upload illegal, abusive, deceptive, or rights-infringing material. We may proportionately suspend an event when demonstrable abuse occurs.
Service period and refunds
Guest uploads remain open for up to 90 days after the event, gallery access lasts 12 months from the event date, and a 30-day deletion grace period follows. A consumer may submit a full-refund request from the host dashboard during the first 14 days after payment. The request is reviewed and the refund is processed through Stripe; after refund, uploads close and the event is scheduled for deletion.
Service availability
We will use reasonable care to protect and keep content available, but hosts should download important files before the retention period ends.
Optional AI transformations
MomentsBucket Magic AI costs RON 250 in Romania or EUR 50 in the other supported countries, paid once per event. It includes standard features and 1,000 successful generations shared by all guests, with no individual cap. AI is available from midnight 30 calendar days before the event until 7 days after the event date in Europe/Bucharest time. Test generations use the same event allowance. A successful generation uses one credit even if it is not published; each new variation uses another credit. Failures use no credits. Results can vary. This package handles one photo or video at a time; videos are not transformed with AI. Regular uploads remain available during the event upload period after AI expires or credits run out.
